Nick's tips on building projects
Be realistic in your home improvements. Many people are initially over-ambitious when they start DIY projects. Invest in and learn how to use the appropriate tools. Seek and listen to advice where necessary. And always factor in for unforseen expenses when you budget for your building work. Most important though, enjoy your building project; it really can be fun and rewarding to see the finished product that is all your own work!
